If there’s an issue with your order (such as damage, missing items, or an error), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll be happy to help.

Orders placed by 3pm on Tuesday are shipped on Wednesday.

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, with dispatches going out every Wednesday only.

If you’d prefer to collect, pickups are still available from the Bushey area every weekend.

Yes! We currently offer pickup from Bushey.

Pickup details, including address and collection time, will be shared in your confirmation email once your order is ready.
