FAQ's
1. Do you offer refunds or returns?
We take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality treats. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If there’s an issue with your order (such as damage, missing items, or an error), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll be happy to help.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
3. Do you deliver?
We now offer delivery!
Orders placed between Sunday 3 PM and Wednesday 3 PM are shipped on Thursday.
Orders placed between Wednesday 3 PM and Sunday 3 PM are shipped on Monday.
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, and dispatches go out every Monday and Thursday.
If you’d prefer to collect, pickups are still available from the Bushey area every weekend.
4. Can I collect my order?
Yes! We currently offer pickup from Bushey.
Pickup details, including address and collection time, will be shared in your confirmation email once your order is ready.
Please ensure you collect your treats within the specified time slot to guarantee freshness.
5. How should I store my treats?
Our cookies and bakes are best enjoyed fresh!
If you need to store them, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3–5 days.
6. Do you make custom or event orders?
Absolutely! We love creating bespoke treats for birthdays, weddings, and corporate events.

7. Allergen Notice
Our cookies are freshly baked in a kitchen that handles a range of allergens, including eggs and dairy. We take great care to avoid cross-contact, but we can’t guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you safely.
