Refund policy
At The Treat Room, we take great care in baking and delivering our sweet treats fresh and to the highest standard. Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been fulfilled.
Order Issues & Quality Concerns
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. Include a photo and brief description of the issue so we can review it. We’ll do our best to make it right — this may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Delays or Lost Orders
Once your order leaves our kitchen, it’s in the hands of the courier. While we aren’t responsible for delivery delays, we’ll always do our best to help resolve any shipping issues. Please note that refunds are not available for delayed or lost parcels.
